Domestic Australia and International Delivery
Orders are dispatched from our studio in Sydney, Australia.
Domestic Australian orders are shipped via Australia Post Parcel Post with metro and country orders expected to arrive between 2-10 business days after dispatch. Tracking is included and will be sent with the order dispatch notification email. Express Post is available but please take into consideration that orders will still be processed between 3-5 business days – express post will expedite the shipping transit time, not the time it takes to process your order.
International shipping is available for most countries, however some services are still affected by overseas disruptions and restrictions. International orders are shipped via Australia Post Standard International Post.
Delivery Rates and Timeframes
As a guide for domestic orders, you can get an estimate of when you’ll receive your order by adding 3-5 business days processing time (the time it takes for us to create your items and prepare them for shipping) PLUS 2-10 business days shipping transit time.
Delivery times that are visible at the shipping stage of checkout are estimates and commence on the day of dispatch/shipment from our studio, rather than the date you placed your order. These delivery estimates should be used as a guide and are not guaranteed. Weather delays and other unforeseen circumstances may impact delivery times.

Tracking is included on all shipped items.
Damaged, Missing or Lost Orders
Please check your address prior to placing your order as we are unable to provide refunds/returns for orders sent to the wrong address.
There are several reasons why a package gets lost. We've found that, more often than not, the package is either in the building or with a neighbour. We politely request that customers look in common courier hiding spots or ask members of their household if they have accepted the parcel. If you’re still unable to locate your order please contact us at info@sunnystreetpartyco.com.au to report missing or lost packages.
